The food was fine but we had a heck of a time trying to get there with all the construction
I ordered the prime rib small combo with a cheese cup and a natural lemonade. When I got to the window, the guy didn't really... seem friendly jus told me my total n seemed bothered, I would have expected that kind of attitude from a busy line but it wasjust me in DT. Then I give him the cash but I don't get a thank you or smile or anything. So I brushed it off because we allhave days n maybe this was his. He did ask me if I wanted a receipt but I declined (I'm thinking I should have took it now), butthen I get back to work to eat my food and my cheese sauce looked old and like its been sitting forever, my natural lemonade hada funny taste to it (also tasted old), and my sandwich tasted nuked (chewy bread, no flavor, sketchy looking meat). I wasdefinitely disappointed n will not make that attempt to try this location again. For 12$, I would have at least expected (atminimum) food that didnt taste, look, and feel. My stomach was turned off n barely ate any of it let alone drink their pricierlemonade. What a waste.. at least I could eat my fries. Read more
Fast service kinda sucked the loaded curly fries are no more but good place
Arby's is still a step up on average fast food. Nice selection and fast tasty service at this location!
Attempted to order from the drive-thru ten minutes before close (normally not a problem), stuck behind a truck at the kiosk for... 15 minutes, after which point they technically closed. That truck left because they were not served. Eventually got to the orderkiosk and was told I could not be served because it was after they closed. May I remind you, I arrived in the drive-thru tenminutes before they closed. The employee was confrontational over the speaker and was complaining about how they only have twopeople working and that it's not their fault we waited to order until after they closed. I have gone to this Arby's for the pasttwo decades, and have never experienced this level of disrespect. Done going here. Read more
This Arby's was ridiculous. I like Arby's but the workers were all hungover... and talking loudly about how much fun they had... and who they did. The manager was walking around complaining the whole time about how she was never going to be able to leavebecause her employees are all idiots. My order for a fresh non cooked sandwich took 35 minutes to get. They talked me intomaking it a meal and didn't give me my drink. Read more
I was told this is what the $5.78 Smoked Italian Porchetta sandwich is supposed to look like. I've had it elsewhere. It should... not. Called corporate. Waiting for a return call. Read more
Fast drive through. Served hot food! Didn't have to ask for marinara with my Mozzarella sticks, they just put it in the bag!... They DID ask if I wanted ketchup for my fries, which was really nice. Read more
