Their waffle cones that come free when you buy 2 scoops of ice cream are not edible. They are SO hard to chew and they taste... stale. Maybe they need to cook them a bit longer so they are crispy and have more flavor. Read more

My new ice cream stop! Love the waffle cone with the chocolate dipped sprinkled edge. The girl was helpful questions and... thoughtful to ask if we wanted lids for our bowls too. Was excited to hear that they came out with vegan ice cream however upon arrival (Lombardi Location) I learned that they are not... allowing any samples. Oat milk is always a toss up so before I buy a dish I would like to try it especially after seeing onlinereviews. They said no, with an attitude, so out the door we went. On 4/23/21 Visited store near Lambeau. I received a buy 1 get 1 free 2 scoop sundae coupon in the mail. Went with my sister for... 1st time, usually go to Culver's. The young man accepted the coupon and was very polite and friendly. As he prepared our order ashort, dark haired, girl was clearly reprimanding him. At checkout he apologized saying the coupon was only good for "childsize" scoops and would have to charge me full price for both. I pointed out that was not specified on the coupon and he didn'tclarify that when taking our order. The girl stopped what she was doing and came closer giving me the most angry, hateful, look. I had no problem paying full price and felt sorry for the young man just trying to do a good job. I said nothing more. Whyis this girl so angry, unprofessional, and hostile toward customer's and her coworkers?I'll stay with Culver's after thatexperience. Read more
Very awesome staff! It gets pretty busy in the summer. Pretty decent prices and you can sit inside to eat your sweet savory... treats. Finding parking can troublesome during busy times. Otherwise, great spot for ice cream! Read more
Lots of flavors to choose from. They have cakes too. The big cones are really large and pretty filling.
Bought a cone and sat at picnic table out side with two friends. Manager said I could sit there, but the other two had to leave... if they didn?t buy anything. I work hard for my money and would prefer to go someplace that treats people like human beings. Read more
