Friday April 15th, at about 5-5:30 the girl at the register was rude. It?s funny she showed customer service to some customers... who were non black but as soon as I ordered my food it went out the window. She rushed me through my order, didn?t even offer memy receipt that I had to ask her for and it was clear irritation on her face . Didn?t even get my order correct so I had to waitfor another employee to fix it. Wonder if she treats all of the black customers like that. How about waiting until the customercompletes the order instead of saying ?anything else? a million times. Wont be returning and should have got a refund. Read more
Will not eat there any more. It's so gross watching a bunch of kids making your sandwich. No adult supervision. Cooking area... doesn't look clean. They couldn't careless about the customers. They're just playing around and takes forever to get thesandwich. Read more
Guys making the subs did a good job and were friendly and helpful. Subs were good. Service? The cashier did not want to be... there. Sullen angry and combative. The menu board stated $7.99 for the sandwiches. When I inquired why they rang up $8.99, sheshot back "the prices raised " like I was causing a problem. Service was so slow and the people worked with no urgency. Waited 30 Mims for regular cheese steak . When I arrived 2 people... were in line . This is a joke. Wow I will never eat here again. Great place. Always good food. Despite being understaffed the employees are always trying their best to get through everyone.... Today I was there when they made the decision to close early since two of the employees had been there since early that morningand would have no one to replace them. The girl I assume to be the manager told the customers behind me that they were nowclosed. She sounded very professional when explaining why. The woman finishing the sandwiches was very friendly and chattedwith me and my friend while we waited for my fries. Read more
I will not be eating here anymore. The kids working here do not care about what you tell them with what you want/don't want on... the sandwich. Waited about 15 mins for a new sandwich and new cheese fries.... Again it wasn't made the way we specified. SuchHORRIBLE customer service. While visiting Wisconsin I had a taste for a Philly cheese steak sandwich so I found this place on Google. I should have known... by the lack of business not to eat here! The pics on the menu looked delicious, I couldn't wait to eat my food! When I receivedmy food the bun was very dry looking. The pic on the menu showed a buttery toasted bun but mine wasn't! I asked if the couldtoast my bun, they said they don't have butter! Wow! Really! My order was $15.52! By the way, watch your receipt they added in atip without my knowledge!
