Two hour wait to be told sorry while typing this with a fly landing on my hand. The people around us who came in after we did... got served. We did get our meal comped, and the food quality was pretty good. Not sure how or why the server managed to lose ourorder for two hours. I'd go back, and hope the service is better. Read more

Definitely not a fan at all. Our first trip will be our last. Ordered chips and salsa with a bowl of soup for my meal. I... think I got the bottom of the bag for chips, as the majority were pieces so small you really couldn't dip them in the salsa. Soup came out cold. Ok, so time to pay. We were dining with friends, so we needed a bill to be split. Waiter never said aword about the bill or how to pay it on the machine. (Which would have been great since we had never been here before). So,after waiting quite a while and server didn't come back, I went to ask the bartender. She was more than a bit rude to me, likeI was interrupting her time on her phone or something. I don't do rude people, and I definitely don't think it's too much toask to have hot food. Probably at least a thousand other places to eat where we wouldn't have these issues. Read more

I'd give this Chili's a zero if possible. My older sister came to visit from across the country and wanted to go get food with... me and my mom so we went to this Chili's. The food took a bit but we came in at a busy time and the food was decent. We had agreat time but what happened after is what caused me to be disappointed. I just turned 21 a few months ago and I forgot myWisconsin ID at home so I used my Oneida tribal ID. The server refused to serve me dessert and alcoholic drinks since I did nothave a state ID. I told him that the Chili's was on Oneida land and I was using a tribal ID (an Oneida ID no less!) so I did notsee the problem and that it was against Wisconsin law to not accept a tribal ID and he said he didn't care and I needed toleave. I showed him the law where it said it was illegal to not accept a tribal ID and asked to speak with a manager and he saidthat his manager would respond the same way and I needed to go. I was humiliated in front of the other diners at one of thebusiest times of day and in front of my sister who I rarely see too. I was astonished because I can access my bank account anduse my tribal ID to fly yet Chili's wouldn't accept it? We went out for drinks elsewhere but I am still immensely disappointedin the service at this Chili's. You need to educate your employees better especially when a great deal of your customers areNative Americans. Read more

We didn?t receive our appetizer. Which wouldn?t have been a big deal but our server Ashley did not once check on us. She took... our order and brought our drinks but that was all. We watched her continually check on other tables and ask them how thingswere, even looked at us multiple times but ignored us as if we weren?t her table. We couldn?t even get her attention to tell herwe needed the appetizer taken off our bill. The manager was great though, we asked him to have the appetizer taken off our billbut he payed for our meal. All in all If you?re not white Ashley will be acting like you don?t exist if you?re in her section. Read more

I want to start this of by saying Chilis WAS my go to restaurant. Not anymore. My kids and I went there at 1:30 in the... afternoon. The restaurant was half empty. We ordered our food and I took over an hour. Which typically wouldn?t bother mebecause I know the food is worth it but the food was cold like it had been sitting out completely inedible. The person whobrought out the food (not our server) said they would get us refills but never came back. We would have asked our waiter but henever came back until he asked us if we wanted boxes even seeing that we had not really touched our food. Not once did he askhow the food was. Nor did anyone walk past for me to ask. By the time the server finally came to bring our boxes we were justover it and wanted to leave. I won?t be coming back which is sad because the margaritas are to die for! Read more

Ordered soup and salad combo, which in restaurant is a FULL BOWL of soup. What my husband picked up and brought home amounts to... LESS than a cup of soup. Definitely not worth what I paid. Called restaurant and spoke with CarSide To Go, very reasonably andrespectfully only to get attitude and excuses from girl on phone. Thankfully, manager corrected with refund (I really wish Iwould have just got a full serving of soup - I was hungry and didn?t feel the greatest). Read more

Good food and friendly staff. Good portion size. We loved the vegetarian fajitas and pizza from the kids menu. Service is quick... and ambience clean. Definitely recommend to our friends and families. Read more

Review Update: This picture was taken during our dinner the other night, this was a Triple Dipper platter straight from the... kitchen. For $14 I was expecting more than 4 fried pickles. This was a very sad amount of food for the price. I really likeChilli's so this is tough for me. The waitresses seem to be trying so hard to get things right. Lately the food has been comingout incomplete and the service has been slow. Yesterday's visit the lava cake was missing it's chocolate top, our drink orderwas wrong, burger had sauce that was asked to be omitted. Bummer for the price of service and the 40 minute wait due to beingunderstaffed. Read more
