Ordered 2 steak bowls with added ingredients rice etc, got home but noticed one bowl was not steak and no ingredients in it, ... went back to the store to correct it for the correct steak bowl but instead they gave me all the ingredients rice etc but nosteak for that s bowl, Got charged for the steak but no steak for one bowl, not good, 7pm, past 6 like the guy said,not good,They could have communicated that with me and substituted while i was there. Not sure why everyone gets so excited about this place. Is it good? Yes. Would I eat here over most other fast food burger... chains? Yes. Don't get me wrong, I do like it and my kids love it. The place is brand new and already looks run down. Look up at the ceiling and see exposed trusses, should have painted it all... black or white, you can literally see marker from the framers labeling the trusses. The layout is idiotic and odd seating that'suncomfortable. I don't get what all the hype is for their food, it's ok at best. The staff doesn't seem happy to be there andthe pricing is insane. No thanks. There are so many authentic Mexican restaurants in Green Bay that taste better and arecheaper. Read more
