Rip you off and try to make you pay for the wrong size. I paid for delivery of one of their Gotta Have It ice creams. Cost me... $14.63 after my added toppings. What I actually received was a tiny, single serve cup with one scoop of ice cream. It evenshowed on the receipt what my correct order was. But they didn't come even close. Prices are WAY higher than other Cold Stone locations. Especially for Love It and Gotta Have It sizes... much more expensive... than Appleton location. Also, very high prices for Like It compared to other Midwest cold stones, like in Marshall, MN. Cleanstore. Good employees. Hardworking. Read more

I want to start off by saying we love Cold Stone. I put in an online order last week for my daughters birthday so we could pick... up our sundae bar and be on our way. Easy in and out. I put in our order a few days ahead of time so they would have time toplan. When we went to pick it up..the order wasn't made and they didn't even know anything about it. I felt so bad for thegirls working as the manager just sat in back, handed her the order and didn't help her scoop everything and get the order readyto go. Alot of waiting around time that wasn't needed. The manager didn't even come out and apologize. Read more
