Was charged three times and never got my food, eventually got my money back after about three and a half weeks of waiting.... Update gave them one more chance in the same bull happened again will never be ordering from Domino's again. Been like this for a number of months. Last time I ordered it at 7 and forgot about it. Starting to eat my own food and was in... bed. 10 pm guy was at my door. Took the food and went back to bed. This time delivery email set 52 to 67 minutes for time ofdelivery. Been over an hour 50 now. Got a coupon for free pizza but not going to order it. Toppers up the street is faster.Chinese place too. Should've read the reviews before ordering. Nearly 2 hours now and no food has been delivered. Called the store to ask for an... update since the tracker hadn't moved. Told it would be out for delivery in the next 10-15 well it's not. Tracker just updatedthat the order in the oven this is the worst pizza experience I have had going to be 9:30PM with no dinner. If you want pizzafrom this Domino's location order at lunch time for dinner. The delivery guy was nice and polite though. Read more
This is the second time and my last ordering from Domino's! The last time I waited about 2 hours before I received my order.... This time it may be about the same.. still waiting. They forgot to do my order. After an hour of being in prep status I called and they lied and said that due to a high volume of... deliveries it'd be another 20 min before it'd be in the oven - so clearly they forgot to do it. I told them to cancel the order- I wasn't going to wait another hour and a half to get my pizza delivered. No apologies or anything. Read more
