Gallagher's failed to deliver my order. I tried to call the West Mason location for help and to get the part of my order that... was not delivered. The manager (Tammy) came on the line and said my food wasn't made then said they could get it made and out tome. When I questioned the pizza not being made, as I had waited for it for over an hour for my order, she got very heated andstarted yelling at me. She continued to yell at me, when I had not been rude to her in any way. She refused to help me withtheir failure of service. She continued yelling at me and abruptly hung up. When I called back she continued to yell at me,refused to confirm her name, and hung up on me. Extremely disappointing situation that she did not have to escalate to thislevel. Furthermore she stated she has blocked me from ever ordering from them again. Absolutely despicable behavior from thestore manager that was on duty tonight. Never even received any of what I ordered, the manager said she was refunding it all andonly refunded a small portion. Read more
I had a delicious Italian beef from the one on Webster last week. We had a new employee starting today and we took him to the... one on the West side because it was closer. It was HORRIBLE. The sandwiches were sloppy, you could barely chew the beef andthere was about two pounds of melted mozzarella on them. I ordered mine on garlic bread but they forgot so I sent it back. Instead of preparing a new sandwich on garlic bread like I had ordered, they literally poured garlic butter on the sandwich. Igrew up in the restaurant business and in Chicago that "cook" would have been fired on the spot! If you want Gallagher's, DO NOTGO TO THE ONE ON THE WEST SIDE, go to the one on Webster. Read more
Some of the best thin crust pizza I have had! The order was delivered sooner than the time posted online, the driver was so... nice!! Tipped extra just because of that. An awesome restaurant on the side of the highway in Green Bay. Despite it's odd location it had amazing food, especially pizza.... Today I ordered a speciality pizza of their's called "Gallagher's Monster" and we ordered a deep dish with it. Man it wasphenomenal in taste and was loaded with what I would say is worth your money. I love coming here as it is one of many times Ihave and will have came here. Delicious pizza, good cheese curds, amazing service. Swell atmosphere takes the cake for me, 5/5. Read more
