I just left from here. They are out of Italian soda (which is what I went to order). However, when the barista at the counter... informed me of such and offered an alternative, I said no thanks, as it didn't sound good. She proceeded to glare at me and gaveme a total for a grab-and-go item I had grabbed. When I mentioned I wasn't done with the order, she merely rolled her eyes andwaited for me to pay. I am completely unimpressed with this attitude and am quite disappointed, as the customer service here isusually quite good. Please give that young woman an espresso or something- she clearly needs it. Read more
