Picked up pizza at time requested. Butter crust was awesome on Detroit style. Plenty of sauce, cheese and toppings.

Placed order at 6:30. Received confirmation. Pizza did not arrive on time so I called. Three times. No answer, no VM. I went to... the website and it now says CLOSED. We are starving so I made dinner. Now a delivery car just pulled up with the pizza. Read more
I ordered at about 7pm got there around 730 wasn't done. Waited 5 mins and got it. I asked if their Buffalo chicken came with... onions and the gentleman on the phone said no. I put it in the car and all I can smell are onions. Paid $22 for a pizza that'scovered in onions and was 10 mins late being done. Ridiculous. Read more
I can't believe how truly terrible the service is at this place. I ordered the pizza, an hour and a half later I called because... it was a half hour past the delivery time. They said wait another half hour. I called again a half hour later. They said theycouldn't find my address. We confirmed it was correct. They said I should come and get my pizza because they didn't know whatelse to do. I asked for my money back. They said they didn't know how to refund me and there was no manager working. I finallyagreed to go get it. I normally like Jet's. They have delivered to me several times before. My address has not changed and Iordered online. When I arrived there was a person ahead of me in line with a similar problem. I was given a lukewarm pizza andwhen I spoke to the manager the next day, he just said "Yeah, we are going to be firing the whole crew." Truly, truly a terribleplace. Read more
The pizza itself was pretty good. I expected something larger for the proce, but it proved to be quite filling. The... Detroit-style crust was awesome and the sauce had a good flavor. Bittersweet and heavy on herbs. Ordering was more hassle thanit needed to be. The website kept telling me no stores delivered to my location (Little over a mile away. A 5 minutedrive.) Driver began our business relationship by complaining about the mask mandate we have for our office. He seems like analright guy otherwise, but if I want to hear strangers complain about Covid policies, I can just scroll Facebook for a second. Read more
The pizza is good but service is horrible. When it's says ur open till 9 but don't accept order at 8pm is dumb. Seems like they... never want to answer the phone either even when it says to call for pickup. They need to shut this location down untill they canbe better staffed.
