3rd time in a row getting food there that has been incorrectly made. I was a manager at a Jimmy johns for years and know what... they are supposed to be doing. They always put mayo when I say no mayo. They always slack and are missing several meats on thegargantuan. Probably bc it's the end of the night and they don't want to open another wrapped bundle. I know the game. It's abunch of young kids that don't seem to care at all. It's sad this makes me not want to go to one of my favorite sandwich shops. Read more

It's very sad and telling that the majority of these reviews are followed by "we're sorry, that's not how we roll" but it's a... blatant lie. This store thinks freaky fast is over an hour for delivery, even if they're not really busy. I give them a tryevery 6 months or so, and nothing changes. Contact the owner? Ha! He'll lie to you too. I want them to be better but theyobviously don't want the business. I'm surprised corporate wants a franchise giving them this reputation. Sad. Read more
Used to be really good. Quality and service has fallen lately. If they are out of an item: THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU! YOU CAN... STILL ADD IT TO YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT! They do not disable the option on their site if they'reout! I ordered chips with my sandwich, and never got any. When I called the store, they said they didn't have chips at themoment. But they still charged me money for it. You can't do that. You literally cannot charge people for an item that you donot have. You should either provide a replacement, or refund that item, without having to get the customer to call overit. Also, they are ridiculously slow. They claim "Freaky Fast" but delivery time for my past 2 orders have been 1 hour orlonger. Very disappointing. Will not order from this store location again. Read more
