My wife and I had dinner at Julie's tonight and the service was horrible. We have breakfast there at least a couple of times a... month and the service is usually very good. The server tonight made us wait for about 15 minutes before he took our order andthere were not many customers in the place when we got there. He told my wife he would bring her some more napkins after ourfood finally came and he never came. We had to ask the hostess to bring some cocktail sauce because after my wife asked for somefor her fish the server did not bring that back either. After we finished our meal we saw him pass us by many times and he wouldnot give us our check. When he finally did bring our check I told him how bad the service was and all he did was make excusesabout doing prep work in the kitchen. He offered no appolige and had a smug smile on his face. We will not be coming back for avery long time. We may never come back at all!!! Read more

Don't think I'll be going here EVER again. Minus the "greeter" who sat me who was very tattooed on his arms, that was wearing a... Scream inspired T-shirt, jeans & pretty much Chuck Taylors being nice & complementary but clearly NOT in work approved attire:VERY poor service. I ordered a Mountain Dew for my beverage that was damn near flat, it took what felt like 15 - 20mins toACTUALLY get a server to take my order, the Onion Rings I ordered had the taste but not the consistency of Onion Rings, theChicken Bacon Ranch salad was falsely advertised & should've been called a Chicken Tender salad because that's basically what itwas & as for my "server": the guy was practically non-existent except for checking on me maybe twice before giving me my check. He's LUCKY I didn't care about the $2 change & told the cashier to give him that or they would've gotten jack. Now, if Iwould've gone during a busier time say Dinner during Friday Night Fish, I would've understood but this was during Lunch hours &there were PLENTY of open tables/booths w/ very little patronage in the actual restaurant. Definitely won't recommend goingthere ever again Read more

The food here is pretty average and is usually on the very bland side. I've never ordered anything here that has tasted anything... more than just fine. With my most recent visit I saw on the bill they charged us for two cups of coffee even though our tablewas only provided with one carafe and wasn't even refilled. This feels incredibly scummy on the businesses part considering thetime and effort can't always be taken to assure left over food isn't stuck to your cup before being served to you. Had I known Iwould be charged $5 for a very poor quality cheap coffee I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. Just about the onlything this restaurant really has going for it in my view is that the wait staff all seem very nice. Otherwise the only otherdraw is that it's close enough to be convenient when you don't want to go out for a finer dining experience. Read more

Always a great breakfast served fast with friendly service. The price is also reasonable and hearty portions are provided here... at Julie's! My eggs were cooked exactly to medium as ordered, hashbrowns crispy... not burnt and they offer turkey bacon as ameat option which I love! One of the best breakfast spots in Green Bay hands down! Staff were very nice and courteous, atmosphere was nice with a great view of the water, my daughter loved looking at the swans.... The food looks appetizing... probably the blandest meal I've ever had, the best part was the toast. Read more

I used to love Julie's food. However, it has changed owners and seems their food has changed. They increased prices which I... understand the necessity of, but the quality of the food has gone downhill. I've been to a lot of restaurants, and this wasabsolutely the worst food I've ever had. My friend and I went for supper yesterday and the food was so bad we didn't even eatmost of it. The "chicken booyah" looked like it was mixed with beef vegetable soup, it had a brownish red color, yet I was ableto find little pieces of chicken in it. They offered another soup instead, so I requested the chicken dumpling soup. That tastedREALLY nasty. It had no flavor and the "dumplings" were so falling apart that it looked like cream soup. I could not eat it atall. The salad I got with it was head lettuce that looked old and unappetizing. My friend could not eat her dish. She said ittasted "off" which she figured out were the noodles, maybe they were old or something. I told the person who checked us out thatthe food was not good. However, she just ignored what we said. I will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to Julie's again. It's a matterof time before this location goes out of business. Read more

I've heard nothing but great things about this place time and time again. When we went we requested a window seat to look over... the river to which we were denied despite being one readily open. A couple after us actually was seated there right after theyasked if they could be seated after us. Then the food itself was okay at best. The view is beautiful if nothing else. Read more
