Parked, walked up to door. Sign says lobby closes at 6:30. Walk back to my car, get in drive thru line, wait my turn and then... ask for the order I?m picking up. The employee said ?you need to come inside?. I responded the door is locked. She says ?it?snot?. I said it is, and the sign says 630. She says ?go to the door on the other side of the building?. I explained I?ve alreadyparked and tried to enter, then waited in the drive thru line, and asked why they couldn?t just hand me the order and updatetheir sign to reflect the lobby is open past 630 and only one of the doors is unlocked. She refused. It?s just stupidity. Thenhave an attitude with dashers and wonder why we?re not excited to deal with you. If the handwritten sign has incorrectinformation on it, take it down - it?s not rocket science. Read more
Got the belly full. It was nice to have a warm meal after all day on the road
Fast service, decent prices, food is decent for fast food. We usually just get smoothies or slushies here. I am removing one... star, because the service here is not great. We were sitting in the drive through line at the order point, and the clerk askedus to wait just a minute. Meanwhile, someone else pulled up in the other line and got their order taken. They kept us waitingfor several minutes even though we were in line well before the other car drove up. I nicely asked about it and the guy takingorders said they have two lines. Well yes, but that doesn't address the problem. On top of that, they didn't even give us anentire 10 piece McNuggets. We will return tomorrow, and they promised to give us our food then. I'm not impressed with themhaving two lines but not taking orders as people pull up. It isn't even about being short staffed. It's a matter of takingorders as people are in line. Read more

Pretty much every time I go here something goes wrong. I have a pretty low expectations list for any fast food... But both buns... on a burger is a requirement. Read more
Definitely impressed today. Two laned drive-thru. Backed up a bit, lunchtime, but there were no mix-ups. I didn't have to move... forward and wait. Food was hot, fresh, delicious and employees were happy and smiling. Read more
