Whoever the manager that was working at the green bay location on shawano street in green bay needs to be fired. Absolutely no... common courtesy idc if you're short handed. But when someone places a order a half hour ago and still waiting for it and it'sexcuse after excuse and the order is wrong. No common courtesy at all and they send the poor high school kids out to deliver thefood so then customers are yelling at kids. The manager is useless and he shouldn't work in this type of industry. I'm beyond irriated with this store. It's always something. Today the menus didn't wanna work and the employee in the drive thru... was rude to me and had an attitude. I do not go to McDonald's very often but every time I do it's always something. Over thelast couple months our orders have been messed up everytime or their is hair in our food. And everytime we do go they are noteven busy. I am done complaining to the store. We will not be returning. Read more
