Whoever the manager that was working at the green bay location on shawano street in green bay needs to be fired. Absolutely no... common courtesy idc if you're short handed. But when someone places a order a half hour ago and still waiting for it and it'sexcuse after excuse and the order is wrong. No common courtesy at all and they send the poor high school kids out to deliver thefood so then customers are yelling at kids. The manager is useless and he shouldn't work in this type of industry. I'm beyond irriated with this store. It's always something. Today the menus didn't wanna work and the employee in the drive thru... was rude to me and had an attitude. I do not go to McDonald's very often but every time I do it's always something. Over thelast couple months our orders have been messed up everytime or their is hair in our food. Went to drive-through at store #91 this morning at 9:30am They handed me the wrong bag at the window. I caught it, gave it back... to her. She gave me what looked to be my order, but when I got home it was incorrect. I called and asked to talk to a manager.When he got on the phone, I told him what happened, he told me to come back. I told him I couldn't do that. I requested he mailme out a coupon for a free meal. He handed me off to another person telling her to talk to me, he didn't want to deal with me.When she came on I asked for the name of the manager, she would not give it to me. I asked for the name of the franchise ownerand again she would not give it to me. I asked for her name she would not give it to me. Very unprofessional behavior with thisfranchise. Read more
I used the app to order food to pick up. I placed my order on the app, when I pulled into a numbered spot I entered the number... in the app and then waited about ten minutes and my order was brought out to me. Very simple. The drive through was busy anddidn't look like dine in was open. The employee was nice, he apologize for the wait but it was pretty fast in my opinion. Read more
????????GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! ???????? Worst fast food experience ever... after work today (2pm) I stopped in and got a... hamburger and some chicken nuggets. The same thing i always get when i go to mcdonalds... By the time I got home, my stomach wasturning! And I mean TURNING!! I spent the next 5 hours feeling nothing but discomfort and nausea. TO THE MAX. eventually mystomach couldn't handle it and I threw everything up. I've eaten mcdonalds MANY times and never had that experience. Does thislocation even do a quality check on the food they send out? I litterally feel like my stomach is dying from the inside out.???????????????? If I could do less than one star I would. I got two large fries for 8$ and they were old and so bad and the large boxes were... only half the way full. what is happening to these restaurants lately and the service and quality of food is getting bad. Read more
