John is the best, he helped me a lot. I was having issues with an outside app on ordering queso. Which the queso is so good here... that was I sad in the beginning. I called the store and John answered and went above and beyond on helping me. Great customerservice and great food. Read more

We have been to this Moe?s before on Oneida St in Green Bay and it was always good. Today we ate lunch there and got no greeting... when we walked in. We stood there for a solid couple minutes while they were putting together pick up orders and no one evenacknowledged us. The worker walked up and said what do you want? I?m not joking! Very rude. He acted as if I was bothering himto make a burrito which is his job. The guacamole had huge chunks of cilantro leaves and had absolutely no spice or flavor. Ipaid for a cup and he filled it up about halfway. Chips stale and over salted. Salsa and soda area dirty. Floors filthy. We willnot be back unless they do a complete revamp Read more

I got a burrito bowl, and the rice was hard as a rock. It really ruined the meal. I would give 1 and 1/2 stars if possible. The... bowl would be a good item, if the rice were cooked. But as it was, I ended up throwing half of it out. Read more

"Welcome To Moe's" Well that's what they used to yell when we 1st walked in the door. That welcome has gradually died down,... which is unfortunate. That welcoming chant was what kept us going back at 1st. Don't get me wrong, the food is good & we lookedforward to it every year when Packers Family Night rolls around, as Moe's for lunch has been included to our annual tradition inGreen Bay. But the lack of friendliness from the moment we walk in, to the moment we leave, has been having us reconsider goingsomewhere else. The food made made is still good for the most part. The chips however, have been very stale the last 2 times wedined there. Read more

I got the Homewrecker burrito with tofu. It was delicious! The staff were helpful and nice Unfortunately, after I got there a... line started to form behind me, and the workers forgot to put my side of queso in my chip bag. Is there anyway that I can pickup some on my next visit to make up for the one I lost? Read more

Horrible experience! They used to be great, well not anymore...They put barely any food in those bowls, employees are crabby and... unwilling to provide any customer service at all. Way understaffed, undertrained and probably underpaid too. The cashier was theworst, she was very rude. It took me ONE HOUR to get my food, the line was not that bad, but they kept squeezing to-go orders inbetween instead of having somebody designated to handling them, at least on Mondays. They kept running out of ingredients andoverall was just a nightmare. I patiently waited for about 40 mins but after that, they really got on my nerves. They have noidea of what they are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I went to the Oneida location where I used to go often, but aftertoday, I will never go back there. Shame! Read more

Both of us ordered the Grande Homewrecker and the ingredients tasted fresh and with it being made on a 14" wrap it was the... largest burrito I have ever seen, like the size of an NFL football. We have leftovers for a second meal and highly recommend. Read more

So good. Love being able to customize exactly what I want. The ingredients taste fresh and chips are made fresh every day.... Highly recommend. Go on a Monday for the best deal, or Sundays kids eat for free I believe with paid adult meal. Read more
