Was very disappointed on the to go service tonight. So spent the day in Door County and on way to Green Bay so we called in an... order this was probably at 6:15 about 40 minutes away. So we call and are told food will be ready at 7:15 and okay that is finewe were told our credit card was accepted over the phone when we ordered. We got there a little early and we are waiting for ourfood to be brought out we are waiting about 15 minutes and can not figure out where the food was. So we call and say hey wechecked in to pick up out food 15 minutes ago where is it. They say oh your credit card was not accepted we have been trying toget ahold of you for a while. My friends sister got food from a different restaurant for her and her dog. Now there are 3 of usand a second dog who haven't eaten yet. And we're told over an hour before that the credit card had been accepted it is over anhour since we ordered and not one did the try and call us before to let us know. By the time we got our food and drinks whichare normally amazing our drinks had sat for 15 minutes and by that point were already watered down and our dinner was a littlecold. I have to wonder how long they would have let our food and drink sit if we had not called to ask where our food was andwhy we hadn't gotten it after being checked in for 20 minutes by that point. We found it very disappointing especially sincethis is the second time that we have had a bad experience at the Green Bay location. Have been to Olive Garden many times atdifferent locations and normally great, but the second bad experience we have had at this one. Read more

Usually super busy. Green Bay folks sure love their Olive Garden! The food is okay. The fettuccine Alfredo seems very watered... down to the point that it barely even sticks to the pasta. It lacks flavor as well. Not sure if it’s a new recipe, but it’sdefinitely not the same dish as it has been in the past. Breadsticks and salad are great as always. I did curbside service. This place is horrible! The women's bathroom is absolutely disgusting, floor mats rolled up and thrown under the sink, garbage... on the ground, and the toilets? Nope. The food was bland. The staff is terrible. I sat at the bar and watched 5 differentemployees eat and stand around while the phone was ringing. They just looked at it and looked away. The bartender played withher nose ring for a solid minute, didn't. smile once, like it would have helped when she had her finger up her nose. 4 hosts atthe podium and they all looked miserable. Standing room only. Everything is first class. Easily the best Olive Garden I’ve visited.

First time at Olive Garden and it was great. Excellent service, the waitress did a awesome job. Food was good, I ordered a... lasagna and the dumpling soup. I really like the devices that they have in every table, you can order, call your server or payfrom there, plus they have games for kids. Read more

Disappointed in their scaled down menu and price increases! Wait for a table was long so hold your place in line before you... leave your house. Hostesses were chatty amongst themselves and didn't greet, but waiter was amazing. Read more

One of the best service we have had in a long time. Our server from the moment he said hello and introduced himself, he won us... all over. He was very friendly, patient in answering our food options, very thorough, always came back with drink refills, never missed a step. The food choices were all tasty and the breadsticks were always brought to us warm. A perfectevening! Still great all you can eat salad and breadsticks. Build your own pasta and soups were amazing.
