Saturday night 11/18 Packerland Dr Pizza took 2 hours to arrive. Pizza was not cut into slices at all. Pizza was cold. I had to... reheat in oven. My order had 4 Pizza sauces however, they gave me 4 cheese dipping sauces instead. Obviously the "Not Cut Pizza"was an intentionally done lack of service. Read more
Staying at a hotel and they asked three times for a address that I had to look up. Person on phone did not understand English.... Online says one price got charged double the price and none of the seasoning packets are free like all other pizza places I canunderstand that it's expensive but I didn't ask for ten or more I asked for two each and I got charged for each tiny littlepackage. On top of it I get called from the 800 number to confirm my address and I had to repeat and spell the street name thestreet the hotel is literally 5 blocks from the pizza place. I'm very disappointed about it I'm very disappointed in thisrestaurant service. And I wonder if they treat all visitors that don't know addresses to their hotel like this. I gave hotelname and address and room number and I had to repeat it 6 times. I live in Green Bay all my life and never dealt such horribleservice in my life. I ordered a pizza for pick up and was told it would be done in 30-45 min. I get there 50 min later and have no record of it. I... confirmed the phone number for the location and it was right. They claimed it must have went to a call center and they messed upthe address. I asked if I could just reorder and get it prioritized to be made first, and they refused saying that they couldn'tmake it ahead of the other orders.
