Saturday night 11/18 Packerland Dr Pizza took 2 hours to arrive. Pizza was not cut into slices at all. Pizza was cold. I had to... reheat in oven. My order had 4 Pizza sauces however, they gave me 4 cheese dipping sauces instead. Obviously the "Not Cut Pizza"was an intentionally done lack of service. Read more
Staying at a hotel and they asked three times for a address that I had to look up. Person on phone did not understand English.... Online says one price got charged double the price and none of the seasoning packets are free like all other pizza places I canunderstand that it's expensive but I didn't ask for ten or more I asked for two each and I got charged for each tiny littlepackage. On top of it I get called from the 800 number to confirm my address and I had to repeat and spell the street name thestreet the hotel is literally 5 blocks from the pizza place. I'm very disappointed about it I'm very disappointed in thisrestaurant service. And I wonder if they treat all visitors that don't know addresses to their hotel like this. I gave hotelname and address and room number and I had to repeat it 6 times. I live in Green Bay all my life and never dealt such horribleservice in my life. Let's see if my pizza arrives in 30-40 minutes like they claim it would and how good it tastes. Read more
I ordered a pizza for pick up and was told it would be done in 30-45 min. I get there 50 min later and have no record of it. I... confirmed the phone number for the location and it was right. They claimed it must have went to a call center and they messed upthe address. I asked if I could just reorder and get it prioritized to be made first, and they refused saying that they couldn'tmake it ahead of the other orders. The business as a whole lost my trust, respect and future business all because of thisridiculous experience. Read more
Went for carry out wrong pizza when I got home. However they delivered the correct one! Delicious!!!
Delivery is always fast and the workers are nice. The pizza itself is a goldilocks temperature. However ordering for pickup is... quite confusing because the stores don't have a person to speak to and instead redirect you to a company speaker who usuallydon't communicate well. Read more
They advertise a $5 one topping special on the sign outside but when you go in and try to order it they say they're not doing... that and then he tries to sell you on a pizza that costs twice as much. Bait and switch Read more
I don't know what the heck happened, I placed an order around 9pm for a pepperoni green pepper stuffed crust pizza. At 10pm I... got a text that says you sourced it out to door dash. I checked at like 10:25 and it said cancelled but the spinny wheel said onits way. 10:35 I just happened to see an actual papa John's delivery guy out front. I love y'alls pizza and I know you are shortstaffed, I'm thinking it was probably a glitch in technology and a communication mishap. But for future reference just shoot usa text, a call or an email. I would have given up had I not seen the driver outside. The 4 stars is for him, I didn't catch hisname- he was so damn nice!! Pizza is hot and delicious as always. I'll update it to 5 once you figure out the technology mishapand let customers know what's going on. We appreciate you, your hard work and for being "essential" when the rest of the worldstopped.
