What happened to this location? Maybe a year ago it was good. As of recent there?s only ever one individual working the PM... shift in waitressing role and that person is consistently scattered and confused. Came in at 6:45PM, seated by manager anddrink order taken. Waitress comes by 15 minutes later (we are literally the only people in restaurant) and cannot recall if shetook our drink order. We told her that manager had taken drink order, 15 minutes ago but we were yet to get them. Brings backour drinks, disappears for another ten minutes. Finally 30 minutes into our time there our food is on order. Soup cold andstill cold even when asked to re-heat. Read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I understand that they were under staffed which caused the wait... time for the food. However, when our food arrived, it was extremely cold. The server never once asked if we needed drinksrefilled. When the manager asked how everything was, we told her the food was cold. Mine was so cold that I asked for a takehome container. I could not even eat it. They offered to heat it up but I figured that it took almost 45 minutes to get ourfood. I was not willing to wait. We were offered a free dessert for our horrible experience. Do not go there. If you do, youwill regret it. I should also mention that this was a Thursday evening and they were not busy. Read more

On Monday 9/26/22 I dined at Perkins with a friend. It was very late just before midnight ( restaurant closing time). Both of us... were welcomed in and seated in a booth. We each ordered a full dinner along with a dessert. Our waitress Tomica was exceptionalin her service. Tomica was friendly and very professional as well as tentative and efficient. Tomica impressed me with all ofher great qualities as well as pleasant attitude. Our food was prepared quickly and was exactly as we ordered it. Everything wasdelicious. I had a cheeseburger plate with onion rings and a berry pie and coke. My friend was very happy with their meal too.Big thanks to the chef Tony! We were done eating and ready to leave around 12:30 am. Well past closing. Neither of us feltrushed or unappreciated as customers. Autumn was the hostess who handled the register and since I am from out of town gave medirections to get back on the highway and head back home to Sheboygan. Overall everyone was extremely friendly, courteous andprofessional. I will gladly return to this Perkins restaurant. Thank you very much to the night crew for all that you did! It'smuch appreciated. We had a horrible experience. Our waiter had no idea of what he was doing, but found time to sit around and do nothing. Our food... came out of the kitchen lukewarm after waiting forever. There were only 3 of us, but we were served separately, several minutesapart. My mom didn't get toppings for her french toast that she asked for, and we were never offered refills. The manager triedto make our experience better, and I appreciate her efforts. However, we won't be going back to this location again. Read more

The French toast came out raw, and was cold, mushy bread. Sent it back asking for them to remake the dish, and they put the same... food on the grill and hid the one I had cut under the stack. The syrup bottle had a long piece of hair stuck in the spout aswell, and the "butter" type blob didn't even melt. Not sure what it was. Eggs were ice cold by the time they re-grilled themushy bread. Not impressed. The server never asked how the food was, as well as the manager never asked how everything was eventhough he checked us out. Read more

Went to dine in for dinner late, around 10:00pm. Waited an hour for the appetizer of mozzarella sticks. Wasn't very happy about... the wait time but food was good. The dessert of Heath crunch cheesecake was wonderful. Bought a whole pie. Read more

I hate doing this because I know how difficult It is to get good help. This restaurant needs better management in place. The... manager there is disorganized and can not control or train the staff. The entire wait staff is slow, lazy, doesn't know themenu, doesn't check in on you and took forever to even take orders. Out of 5 tables in the restaurant while we were there all ofus complained about the service and food. One left before even ordering food. None of us finished our food with how inedible itwas. The pickles and chicken was burned. The food came out at all different times. The pancakes were rubber and the scrambledeggs were not mixed all the way as well as overcooked.. The food is absolutely terrible and the cooks need to be fired. Thisrestaurant should not even stay open right now and is losing crazy amounts of money They need to close and fix all these issues. Perkins is definitely a solid business, can?t go wrong here. Today, service took a lot longer but, that is typical everywhere... now. Service quality and food were excellent however. Bring your patience with you to every restaurant and be happy that youhave good waitstaff and give them your appreciation. It was noon so we tried for a brunch type item and both enjoyed our chickenCordon Bleu crapes, potatoes and fruit. Read more
