Visiting Green Bay and I scoped out this gem. So this place isn't trendy, it honestly looks like the mid 1990s when you are in... there, but it is clean and everyone is super friendly. They have a menu of several items but I was there to cook my own steak. So there are several steaks or seafood you can cook yourself for 35 bucks. It is two extra dollars if you want them to cook itfor you. I'm here for the full experience so I want to cook my own. There are large community grills filled with charcoal tocook your steak on. You can also get as much Texas toast as you want and also as many baked potatoes as you want as well. Itook advantage and put some cheese, butter and bacon in them and placed them on the grill. There is also a salad bar whichisn't anything too special. I was there for the meat! I cooked my rather large t bone to medium, and put another potato on thegrill and went to my table. The only thing better than a Packer game (win) is a dinner at Prime Quarter before the game. Pick your own meat/fish from the... fridge, get a drink and self grill it on the open BBQ grate and then get a quick trip to the salad and baked potato bar andheaven awaits. Very accommodating place. My server was awesome. Because of my disability she went above and beyond to help me. Their steak... challenge is a highlight possibly offer a bigger cut also. 2 thumbs up. 9/10 stars! If you've never been, I highly recommend yougo try it. Very disappointing experience. Service was great but the food not so much. We elected to have it cooked for us. I had the ribeye... and my husband the sirloin. So much fat on both of them (pic is fat from ribeye). Other issue is NO seasoning on it. Afterwardswhen I told waitress, she says they never add seasoning unless we have told them too and she told us it was her fault, sheshould?ve told us that. I am not one that complains about food unless it?s bad. Afterwards I showed her the amount of fat onboth our plates and what a disappointing experience it was. ?Ribeyes have a lot of fat?. Ummm not this much and definitely notfor $40. She kept repeating this to me as if I?ve never had a ribeye before and know what it should be like. I told her, andit?s true, we consistently have better steak at Texas Roadhouse (which is half the price) or at home. In addition, the bakedpotato was lukewarm (butter didn?t even melt on it). She told us she would tell the manager, who never even came to talk to us.Never again. Read more
Very cool experience. Order drinks and head for the dalad bar, great salad bar! Next you go pick out your steak, Ribeye... obviously. While you grill your own steak you can toast up some texas toast w butter and melt your cheese on your baked potato.Overall it was a cool dinner, neat atmosphere with the open grills and movie posters on the walls. We really love the steak here. You pick your own steak out of large glass case. All you can eat salad bar with baked potatoes... and Texas toast. I think it was $32.99 a person. They do have some kids options too. Also fish if you don't like steak. Itis super fun to grill your own, but for $2 they will grill for you. Read more
Visited prime quarter for the first time for a birthday celebration. The steaks were very good and fun option to grill it... yourself. I really enjoyed the ability to build your own baked potato. The salad bar was a plus too! Read more
Our first time here and we loved it! Choose your steak, grill yourself or have it cooked to order, visit the salad bar and baked... potato bar as often as you like. It's fun to stand and cook your steak while chatting with others at the grill, it feels homey.Servers were attentive and the mixed drinks from the bar were very good.
