All the food was cold. No fajita veggies. Got a mini bowl and it was disgusting because it was cold, the bowl wasn't even hot on... the outside. Staff working were very rude when I confronted them. One of the guys yelled "the food is hot, what are you talkingabout" and he checked the warming well underneath. My spouse is the AGM of Wisconsin Rapids store. Really dirty inside, garbage everywhere, and the manager was rude. Wouldn?t let me take a lidded cup for water with my to go... order. Water tasted bad and spilled all over my car. Jk lol but it very easily could have spilled. Read more
This was my first time eating here and unfortunately, it was only ok. The quesadilla was good but the taco shells fell apart. My... bill only came out to $20.57. I charged it on my card and then was charged 3x. I went back to the restaurant and spoke to Rickywho claimed to be the assistant manager. He apologized and mentioned that their credit card hasn't been working correctly. Ifthat was the case, at least let the customers know to use another form of payment. First time I went the young man working didn't know how to make a chicken protein bowl. 2nd time I went they were out of fajita... peppers. Everyone working there is friendly and hustling, things just get chaotic and I assume some people may be new. They'dget 5 stars if the parking lot was less chaotic but overall a solid location. I understand that places are short staffed and everyone is very stressed right now but the quality of this quesadilla is just... trash! I have to eat it with a fork. It?s more ripped apart then cut into pieces, the cheese is not melted all the way leadingto the inside spilling out into the container, and the employee was SUPER rude !! I waited in line for almost 30 minutes. Only 4 people I'm front of me. Only 2 people working and in between each person they... would do online orders. Then one of them had to spend at least 10 minutes cutting more product as we waited for 1 person tomake our food and check us out. UNDERSTAFFED!! Read more
