I get mini bowls for something a little lighter since the reg size bowls are a bit much for me, however, the last couple times I... went the mini bowls were EXTREMELY light. Watch how they prepare your food I have caught them not wearing gloves handling food. Handling cash and then going back to... preparing food wearing the same pair of gloves. They were low on the impossible meat so the employee had to mash up a new batchand splashed it all over the counter then when he went to pick it up with his gloves he had just touched money with and put itback into the bin I asked them not to because it was more unlikely contaminated with meat. After finishing the first half of myorder he then went over and clearly was talking to the other associate about my request I didn't realize proper handling of foodwas a joke to your employees. Went there at 9 pm an hour before they close. They don?t have brown rice, no enough chips and out of other items. The chips we... got was so salty to eat. Bunch of kids working without a manager to control the store. And store is terribly dirty. You need towatch out because you are losing business. Read more
Usually have a positive experience here, but my last visit was not good. Chips were soggy and they were out of some fixings.... Didn't have regular size cups available and upcharged the value meal to reflect the large size which was the only size they hadavailable. Read more
Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is the food was pretty good. Restaurant was terribly dirty, all tables were dirty... and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping at 11:30 AM. Women's bathroom was closed so my wife had to use the men's and ithad an empty toilet paper roll on the floor, no toilet paper hanging on the dispenser, no paper toweling, soap dispenser hadjust enough left to wash her hands. While getting our food the employee took my daughter's order, then my wife's, then started abig line of online orders without even asking if I was with the people that I was talking with and standing next to. I had towait till the second guy finished with me wife and daughter and came back to get my order started. I was regular customer to Qdoba for years but I feel they lost that charm now. Not satisfied with the taste in my Last visit to... this place. They have discontinued Tortilla Soup. It was my fav part of the rice bowl. Hope they get back that into theplace. It used to be my fav food chain here. Read more
I would give 5 stars to the employees working. They were doing a great job. The food I will give 2 stars, it was lack luster... of flavor, a little salt does food good. Cleanliness of the restaurant I would give 3 stars, especially the food prep area. The restrooms I would give 100 negative stars!!!!. No toilet paper holder so a roll of toilet paper sitting on the back of thetoilet. How gross is that? Everybody's dirty hands have touch that roll and you want it touching my body.
