Gave my parents a gift card. And they haven't been there in over 10 years. They used to love this place. They said they wouldn't... ever go back there again. Hardly gave any fries. The burgers were awful. My dad said McDonald's was better. That's pretty sad.And the bill was over 40 and then you add the tip. Read more

We waited for a table about 40-45 minutes. I don't understand why...we could see empty tables while we waited. Our food was... excellent and the server was great. Not sure if take out orders were given priority but dine in should be considered by orderthey are received too. Read more

Worst customer service and the most unprofessional condescending management I ever ever dealt with. I?d like to know what... qualifies her as a manager because she failed miserably. The ?dinner salad? fit in the palm of my hand, did not even come closeto looking like the picture on the menu, and with the bacon and egg that I added on this little snack cost me $11. It was calleda dinner salad and put right by the main menu salads on the menu. The meal, if you could call it that, was definitely a sidesalad but it was not listed under side salads. The salad that was included with our monster burger was actually larger than thismeal. With that being said, the real issue here is we called the restaurant thinking perhaps a mistake was made. Thisconversation could?ve gone entirely different but instead the rude, disrespectful ?manager ?made this a situation that lost alot of customers. I put her on speakerphone and the conversation was recorded and Sadly, this local establishment has lost sixfamilies of customers that eat at this Red Robin at least once a month. Read more

Love going to Red Robin. Food is always great. Got a free burger in Veteran?s day. This place is always busy in the weekend and... people: please?. They are like many? short handed. So plan to wait a little if u come on the weekend cuz half of GB will bethere just like u. People here are always nice and friendly. Place is always clean. Ice bar if that is your thing. Everything about my meal here was great. I got a raspberry lemonade that was amazing, and got the island heat chicken, and I... really liked how it was set up. The service was great too.
