I have enjoyed the chicken dinner at the Redwood Inn many times over many years. BUT, I ordered the chicken dinner to go... recently. I was very disappointed. The chicken was dried out, baked potatoes burnt and dried, the dressing-did they change therecipe? because there was something wrong with the flavor. And NO green minty ice cream drink to wash away the bad taste in mymouth! Read more
Went here 4/2022 Place was packed?.a lot of people. Bar was packed. Was there at 4:30 and waiting for a table 45 mins to an... hour. They have a lot of neat Packer memorabilia on the walls. Part of a upright on the walls from a field they practiced atthey as in: The Green Bay Packers). People are polite and professional. Helpful. First time there. Just too many people for meto really enjoy it and was hard to find a parking spot. Very loud and noise all around hard to hear my friend across fromme. Food was reasonably priced. Waitress helpful. Was given a gift certificate for this place. I had heard they had good fish frys and chicken. The seating is a bit strange but... it works. The amount of food you get for the price is outstanding. However the dressing that comes with the chicken is tastelessand coleslaw was on the dry side and not as tasty as it could be my husband said it tastes too green ??????? is that a thing? Ohwe came on a Wednesday and got dessert too! Yes I will come back ther perch was wonderful. Read more
The way this restaurant serves its guests, is different. You pick a number, sit at the bar and wait for your order to be taken.... When your food is ready, they take you to a table and serve it right away. Food was amazing! Read more
Heard good things about this place and had to try it. Wife got the perch and she said it was good. I am not much of a seafood... guy, so I just got a cheeseburger and fries, which was pretty good. Place was busy on a Friday night, but was not disappointed. Read more
One of the best Steaks in Green Bay! The service was absolutely amazing. The crowd was so polite i felt like everyone I spoke... to were friends :) One of the bartenders, lady with blonde hair, im disappointed I didn't get her name, she would be one ofthe reasons I'd come back! I know this place since Patricia was the owner. She was the host that was out there going table to table, talking with customers... and making sure everything was good. This was one of my favorite places for perch. A week ago we went for perch but I wasn'timpressed of the food as much as before. Single perch was served with 2 pieces of bread. The potatoes came separate which isfine but the coleslaw was a small scoop for the whole table. They took out of the menu or of the tradition the little dish icecream that they use to provide with the check at the end. It was definitely different - the service and the food wasn't thesame.
