Stopped in to get the family some mochas before out Thanksgiving brunch. Ordered 4 mochas and when we got to the window we... realized we had missed one and asked to add the drink to our order. The manager refused to add on the extra drink saying theydid not take orders at the window today. The line was no longer than a normal business day and we run a coffee shop ourselvesso we know that it takes just an extra minute to add a simple drink. Especially when the drinks they make there are brewed bya Franke machine. I get it if we would have ordered multiple drinks or changed it by adding food. Poor customer service andreinforces that people should support local businesses when they can. Read more

Every single time I've been inside of this store the manager has been horribly rude to her employees, and loudly. The rest of... the employees are wonderful but the way she talks to them (and even the customers today) absolutely ruins it for me. Have somerespect or maybe get a job that doesn't require so much human contact. No complaints about the drinks, just manager. Read more
Took a long time to get our drinks but they were so good.
The hours for the indoor portion, along with the hours in general, are completely random as if they are picked out of a hat... every week. For example, I just showed up for a Friday afternoon coffee, and they are closed all day. Love that coffee though. Read more
Went through drive thru and the car in front of us apparently weren't pleased with thier order. Kept sending it back. But good... things come to those who wait because we ended up getting a free coffee the one he decided he didn't want. Read more
After pulling into the parking lot and realizing the line was already around the building, I committed to the wait.... Surprisingly, it was not very long. The barista took my order and I was at the window in no time. The barista at the window wasfriendly and personable, and my drink was spot on. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were able to get through the longline of cars. I'll stop in again if I'm in the area - who doesn't love their caffeine? Read more
