If I could give a ZERO I would. We ordered delivery so we would not have to punch out for lunch. We got our order and TWO for... the THREE subs were wrong and our chips and drinks were missing. We tried calling and the phone just rang. I had to punch outand go to the store just to get our right food. I get there and I am told they unplug their phone and that they are unable togive me a discount for their mess up. Not cool Subway, NOT COOL!!! Read more

I?m not the type of person to do this but if you?re going to have your hours posted both online and on a sign on the door, maybe... follow them. Both online and the door sign said ?open until 9pm? but when I got there at 7:06pm doors were locked and no oneanswered the phone. If you need to close early, put a notice on the door that you?re closing early, it?s not difficult.Seriously negligent employees. Read more

Employee just having a terrible day decides to take it out on the sandwiches. Stay classy Subway. This is how I unwrapped my... sandwich....how unappealing. I handed it back and the employee didn't even care... She gave me a mumbled "sry bout dat" and Iwalked out. Don't eat here unless you want to feel bad about yourself for inconveniencing the staff by making them make you asandwich. Read more

By far the worst subway Ive ever been to. Soda is always flat, garbage always overflowing, food always stale, employees always... bad at their job, things never stocked (not things that are on back order becuase of covid, things that they just dont do so itsnot ready for guests, like pulling the guacamole from the freezer). The employees are on their phones up by the food, have opendrinks and sip on them while making sandwiches, and 9/10 are sitting in the seating talking to friends. The last time I camein, I waited for 3 min while the employee sat on their phone in a booth. When she finally came, she grabbed some gloves andasked me what I wanted. I told her she had to wash her hands. She lifted up her hands and said I have gloves. ARE YOU KIDDINGME. I told her she still needed to wash her hands, she grumbled and stomped to the back. I just left, I shouldnt have to nag thestaff to fallow basic sanitation laws. Dont go here, its a waste of money and time, and after going time and time again hopingit was just that day, I will never go here again. Scotts subs will be getting all my business after it opens across the street. Read more

Just another Subway. Reduced menu options than several months ago. Increased prices,and lots of lettuce to fill the bread. We... ordered a footlong, and the bread was cut in half before ingredients were added. First time we had seen this done. Read more

We ordered subway online scheduled to be ready for pickup at 5:55pm. My fiancé drives to subway to pick it up and gets there at... 6pm. The order of two wraps was not yet made. My fiancé waits patiently as customers are walking in. The one worker at thestore on a Saturday night helps every other customer that walked in. My fiancé didn?t get our food until 6:45. An hour. An hourfor two wrap. Ridiculous. When she just got home we now notice the order is wrong. We have tried to call customer support andonly get an automated message. This is one of the worst customer service experiences we?ve ever had. Read more

The restaurant was clean and looked nice. The employee was friendly, but was unable to answer any questions about my app order.... My order was also missing an item. The employee did make it quickly, but my order was 13 minutes later than the time it shouldhave been done. There were also 3 sliders ordered that were all put in the same bag. What a mess that was! Sauce from one was onthe others. We ended up having to pull out the pieces and reconstruct our sandwiches before we could eat. I would not recommendplacing an online order at this location. I have been working near this Subway for the better part of 4 years now. I will go out of my way unless i have a few minutes to... run and grab something quickly to NOT go here. The last 3 times i have ordered here I completed an online purchase so as not towaste time waiting. All 3 i had to wait for more than 10 minutes, even though I had given them ample time to complete my pickuporder, sometimes well over a half hour. There's a particular individual with stars tattooed on her neck and lookin all strungout who has 3 times now destroyed my bread and then still wraps it up and calls it good. PLEASE someone chime in as I have thelast couple of times in store and complain about the level of service. Read more
