The enviroment at this subway is by far the worst i have ever experienced! The lady is always cranky and doesnt have good... customer service everytime i have visited this subway! She is rude to her coworkers and belittles them infront of customers andthis is unexceptable! I get it if you are having a bad day but this is everytime i come to this subway! I will not return! Location: 2512 Steffens Ct, Green Bay, WI 54311 Needs some serious cleaning around the glass where sandwiches are prepared. And... the covid glass in front of the register. Honestly I've never seen a subway so neglected around the food area. I did notcontinue my order. Read more
This location is not taking Covid-19 seriously. Not one single person wearing masks, not even the workers preparing the food,... and when I questioned this, they rudely told me there are ?exceptions? to the mask mandate. I left without getting anything. Read more
Sorry, but I felt the staff needs more training. Two people were working. I was asked 3 times whether it was to eat here or to... go. There was no one else waiting to be served. The sub is fine, but it was not closed like other places do. I noticed the oneperson in front of me had the same thing. Toppings and the interior of the sandwich were left open at the top. My sandwich waswrapped, well sort of, but one end was still open. This was on my route and I needed a quick bite before my next appointment. Read more
Tyler and Jorge provided EXCELLENT service. There are a few subways in the area I refuse to go back to due to dirtiness and poor... customer service. Tyler and Jorge went above and beyond to make the perfect subs, and the store was very clean, veggies lookedfresh. Incredible out going place to go. My wife and I got caught in a scary and dangerous thunderstorm. We took shelter there and... Anessa was our hero during all this. Says open till 9pm but already closed at 840pm, and when she saw me pulling up she ran and turned the lights off ????????
