Whoever is working at Subway on Cardinal lane at 1:30 pm on 7/O4/22. You are awesome! Usually when we get our subs they?re not... toasted enough, my veggie patty is kinda cold and they?re just meh. Today our subs were perfect! Read more

The staff although young was very capable and friendly, they had better customer service than adults twice their age and went... out of their way to ensure that our order was correct and we left satisfied, great job! Read more

I placed a online order went and picked up, and the store stated never received the order, after the woman telling me she had... the order. Come to find out it was NOT my order, she continued to make other subs, while I waited. They would not cancel myorder, I was told to call customer service to cancel the order as they could not. This is the second time this store has failedwith online ordering. Now, I have jump through hoops. Never again subway. Read more

Found a piece of human hair in my food. Called the manager and never received a call back. Will never eat at this or any subway... ever again since they lean over your food to make it and this is how hair falls in it. Read more

Another horrible experience here. When we walked in employees were just goofing around and didn't even start on our online... order we placed 20 min prior. We placed order from car, because of an online only deal. Gave them 20 min and walked in. Noother customers were even in the store the entire time. This is the last time we visit here. Read more

Two weeks ago my wife had picked up a catering order for her mom and there was a mistake and the order was already paid for but... they still made my wife pay for it. After they had realized their mistake they said they would get the money back in heraccount. But still the money is still not back and we have called corporate and they are just as bad and wont give her a callback to rectify this. We should not have to jump thought hoops to fix this when it was your mistake. Update: She has gotten hermoney back now, but will never heard back from corporate or the manager of the store. worst subway experience of my entire life. I have been to a subway in over 40 countries around the world and this one takes the... cake. We walk in with a group of people and there is 1 girl working, THATS IT. there was a huge line and I asked her if therewas a manager in she said that she was the only person there. (super savage owners in my opinion to let a younger girl work byherself at those hours). This is the first review ive ever made about any restraunt ever. was so frustrated I just had to writeit.
