The staff are lazy and they are always short of everything! Late night staffs are smoking vapes and leaving it front of the... window drive through! And I was told that they are out of "fried things"?! I came 3 different times of the week and if itspassed 10PM then I was told again that they are closed! let me start off by saying i?m 18 and not some karen, but i?ve always worked in customer service and i understand when things... can become a lot to handle. i still keep my cool and do what i?m supposed to do. anyway, this was absolutely the worst taco belli?ve been to. went with some friends around 10:00, waited in line for about 15-20 minutes, then were told they were out ofbeans, and nacho cheese. guy working was extremely rude and short with us. i ordered a cheese quesadilla, because i?m avegetarian and they were out of what i usually get. we told him 2 times that it was just a plain cheese quesadilla. we get ourfood, and drive 15 minutes back home. we take out our food and i bite into my cheese quesadilla to find that it has chicken init. i get it can be stressful working at times but if i am paying to get something as simple as a cheese quesadilla, i expect toget it. I got to the kiosk to place my order and they told me that they only had tacos and burritos no chicken or no other items. I was... not impressed. So I did not order but yet had to wait in line while everybody else placed their orders and then I was able todrive off it took me 30 minutes waiting in line before I could actually leave the parking lot. I have been this Taco Bell quite a bit over the last year. I cant comment on the dine in experience since Ive only used the... drive thru. Staff have been friendly, the order has been right, and the food was warm and appeared fresh. I know people like tocriticize TB but its been here for me since the after party in HS and now 35+ years later..I appreciate their app always havinga good reward. Read more
Taco Bell is NOTHING what it it use to be. It won't be long before we forget the name. Rude service at the drive thru.... Employees must receive bad treatment from upper management because it's the same no matter which location I visit. Food qualityis sub par across the board. Forget about eating in the dining room. Horrible attitude of the drive through worker. Just after midnight the morning of Tuesday 7/12. He refused to run two separate... transactions for two people in the car, even though every other fast food place I've ever been to has done this no problem. Alsohad a snotty attitude towards us from the beginning. We ended up ordering but had to split up the check ourselves. Should havejust gone to a different location. I guess it's my fault for not reading the reviews first, since looking at some of the othercomments on here they seem to have this reputation. Will not be returning and will drive to a different location. Hopefully theywill either go out of business or decide to make changes to their staff at some point. Read more
Average at best. $1.49 for a regular taco? Didn't they used to be way under a dollar? The chicken Chipotle melt is tiny. Over... $9 bucks and it didn't fill me up. Way over priced! i had a pretty simple order, one mobile and one drive thru. maybe a total of like $15 and was ordering for someone who is... allergic to milk, so i said no cheese twice, and was interrupted both times to ask what drink i wanted. i tried to double checkwith them that there would be no cheese and when i opened it there was cheese on everything. i also added on 2 things to myburrito which costs extra, and did not receive it. i literally hate complaining about stuff like this since i work in fast foodtoo, but this guy working tonight was just careless. food allergies should be taken seriously Read more
