Love Taco Bell, always a go to. Lately quality has been a little lackluster. Service could definitely be better and am starting... to dislike poor customer service being the norm. 2 out of 5 visits I have some sort of issues. The other visits are pleasent andfood is good! Read more

I went through the drive thru, made a $23.99 order/ and they messed everything up! I asked the guy at the window, is everything... in this bag? Are you sure? He said yes TWICE. We said okay, did not grab the receipt trusting they do their job. We are on atime crunch which is why we went here and through the drive thru - hence fast food- as we started eating we noticed they messedup every taco we ordered. And did not give us one of our items. I called and say something, and one of the Mexican managers getson the phone and say rudely no receipt no help, and then hangs up. Don?t bother visiting this location. They are always short staffed so making orders takes FOREVER! They also randomly lock the... lobby depending on staffing levels. I placed a mobile order to be picked up inside. I received a text it was ready as I pulledinto the parking lot. Since the lobby was locked, I called and asked about my order. The girl that answered confirmed it wasmade and sitting on the counter but asked me to go through the drive thru. 20 MINUTES later when I finally made it to thewindow I was given food that was luke warm and the wrong drink. By far the best taco bell in GB. They do a great job keeping up with orders despite being so short staffed. The staff working... Saturday were friendly. The food was hot and looked put together perfectly. Spoke with Pam the manager to give her cudos. Read more
The quality of food at this place went downhill. The last 3 times I?ve went here the food was disgusting. This place does not... rotate out their old food. They will leave steak out all day and then serve you it. My kid got super sick with diarrhea and wasvomiting for a whole day after eating here yesterday. This is unacceptable. I will not be back here or any Taco Bell. Read more
Fries were cold. The hot nacho cheese made them edible. I ordered the box meal. The chalupa that came with it was dried out... crisp. And little to no meat. Threw half of it away it was so bad. Read more
