This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell in Green Bay. I pulled up here at 11:15 pm? worker says they cannot take orders anymore but... the website says open until 3:00 am. We were denied service during open business hours. We got to the window at beeper our hornwhile all of the employees watched us and completely hid in the back. They didn't put any cheese on my hard shell taco and forgot jalapeños on the new (spicy) burrito. I mean I spend hard earned... money to take me and my gf for supper, I just can't take it anymore. When ordering I heard another staff member yell ?go home!? I?m overly positive it was directed at me. Than at the window I had... to wait 7 minutes to get 3 tacos with no other customers there! While waiting the staff than loudly was criticizing me becausemy child had food from a different restaurant on his lap. I love how rude this staff was never offering hot sauce shoving thefood out the window with a here have a good day not to mention the girl at the window wasn?t really working at all butrepeatedly wrapping stickers around her finger to make it pointy. Terrible Taco Bell. My tacos were crushed, my burritos had punctures on it and the proportions used were way off. I have heard... bad stories about this Tbell but it was close and I was hungry. Do not eat here. The staff must really hate their lives and nothave any pride in their work. Read more
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TBELL IN GREEN BAY!!! Got here at 8pm to pick up an order for grubhub, the line was around the... building and into the road. I have been trapped between cars for about an hour waiting and I still haven't even made it to themenu where you place your order. This is the slowest "fast food" experience I have ever been through in my entire life.Absolutely horrible and unacceptable service. After you get to the menu, NOBODY answers. I waited another 15 mins and thendrove off. As I went past the window you can clearly see employees hiding in the back of the kitchen.
