Consistent across the country. I have been to California and back in the past two weeks. In those two weeks I ate at Sonic... approximately six times. Each time the order was wrong, this time I ended up with burnt onion rings that I didn't discover untilI got home. I am DEFINITELY finished with Sonic. My children always loved stopping by and getting a milkshake or one of the wilddrinks that you carry. I have purchased what it takes to make it at home. Pull up to just get a drink. Only car here. Press button n says activated be with you soon. Wait 10 minutes n still nothing had... to get out if car n walk to door. Still another 10 minutes n then started to walk off n no straw. Don't stop here for anything. They act lost n don't care. Read more
Ordered ahead with the Sonic app. Food was delivered quickly when we arrived and it was fresh. Friendly service as well.

Do not expect them to actually get your order right or to be apologetic when u call them about, just spoke to the manager and... she told me they weren't perfect enough to distinguish between a double bacon cheese burger and a chicken sandwich! Well I can say that there are some Sonic?s that are better and some Sonic?s that aren?t so good. I will say this one in Green... Forest is right in the middle. The breakfast burrito and coffee were cold but the onion rings were made fresh. The first drivein stall was out of order and the second one the carhop came to my car and took my order which she had to come back and makeclarification of the options to the breakfast burrito but she was nice and as professional as to be expected. Last time I used the Sonic app to order ahead and they were fast as fast can be with my order. Loving Sonic every day!
