Most times I come here are later in the day sometimes after midnight. If you can understand the shortage in staffing can cause... longer than usual wait times you won't be disappointed. Nate is awesome and works hard. Sometimes, it's a one man crew. Food isalways perfectly prepared and as fresh as can be in my experience. I don't know how much he makes, but it's not enough. We did a mobile order last night at midnight. It took almost an hour in the drive thru to get food due to short staffing, which... we totally understood. Just happy to get to the window to get our order and we were greeted with a very polite and professionalemployee. Even at 1am, just a very kind person and greeted with a smile. I used to drive miles out of my way to visit this location. Never again. I had a terrible experience October 11th. Rude... drive-through window employee and the Mexican pizza and chalupa supreme I ordered tasted as though they had been made in someweird low quality substitute oil. I reached out to taco bell that day about my experience and once since then and have heardnothing. If they don't care about me as a customer, then I don't care to give them my business. I am boycotting this locationand call upon all of you who have experienced terrible service and poor food quality here to do the same. This Taco Bell CONSISTENTLY gives me fresh, well prepared food over the last few months. No other Taco Bell compares. The cheesy... bean and rice burritos are always sooo good, along with everything else. And the people at the window are always pleasant, evenwhen busy. A very weird Taco Bell day. My family first went to the location on Lemay only to be told at the drive thru that they were... closed. Oh well, we went to this location. When we went to the drive thru we were told they were only taking mobile and DoorDash orders. We park and login to the app. We order then hit the drive thru to check in and park again to wait for the food.Food was good and the order was correct. Employees were polite and apologetic. Read more
I stopped at 1:30 on a Thursday for a quick few tacos. After waiting for more than TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for my order, I finally... left without my food. There was no update from the staff, no other orders were brought out during that time. They were a trainwreck with people stacked up waiting for food. I went online with my receipt # and contacted corporate Taco Bell for a refund,but they never responded back to me after numerous emails. Don't go here. Went through the drive thru, specifically ordered 3 Supreme tacos, were charged for Supreme tacos. Customer service was... exceptional. Got home my tacos were not Supreme. Once again I was in an area closest to Arnold that don't cater to AfricanAmericans. Read more
