Very inefficient. Employees seem confused. A very simple order made with 3 items and they got it wrong. They got the lady's... order in front of us in the drive through wrong as well. Read more
Ordered breakfast burritos with bacon instead of sausage and was charged for EXTRA bacon instead of simply substituting the... meat. When I questioned it the cashier said, ?Sorry, I don?t know how to not charge you.? I explained that I was substitutinginstead of adding and she stop charged me for extra bacon on two burritos. No longer going to this location because of inaccuracy of orders. I contacted management and cooperate about a new employee that... 100% of the time gets my orders wrong. Noone reached out. The employee doesn't listen and consistently charges me wrong. After30 years living in Green River, I will never go to this Tacotime again. Service is poor. Orders inaccurate. You can tell theemployees do not care at all. They are there to get paid could care less about anything else. Can't even get sauces right. Newmanagement?
