Should have read the reviews before going in. If I could leave a "minus star" I would. I have never had a negative experience in... 20+ years with Subway restaurants until yesterday. The absolute WORST sub I've ever had!!! The bun was so stale it was likecardboard. Didn't notice how much mayo the employee put on it until I took the first bite. Stale bun and drenched with mayo.Yuck! Maybe she was overcompensating for the stale bun? It was so bad that I threw it in the trash. What a disappointment. Won'tbe ordering from Subway again. Also, your store could use a rigorous cleaning. Should have gone to Brighton Hot Dog Shop insteadand you should too!! Read more
Ordered an Italian BMT and a steak and cheese Flatbread. My wife's BMT was made correctly. However, my steak and cheese... Flatbread turned out to be a Flatbread with pepperoni and salami. Not sure how this gets mixed up but it should not happen. Iget that we had ordered later in the day but that doesn't excuse the mess up. Just recommend that the workers take an extraeffort to pay attention to the orders that come through to make sure they are made correctly. Read more

This is one of our toasted sandwiches and this is a toasted sandwich if you pull the meat down from the top of the bun of course... it doesn't look toasted because the meat was on top of that side "in the toaster" and what happens to meat when it gets heatedup it gets juicy and the juices go into the top of the bread it's sad when people try to scam places out of money and they wantto try bash good people that work there for no reason because they've had a bad day. Threw my wrap together with reckless abandon. Just couldn't get me out of there fast enough and then I get charged $14.31 for... one wrap, one cookie and one bottle of water. Sorry, not sorry - that's insane. I have never paid more than a little over $10for these 3 items. Never again will I set foot in this dump. Read more
Ordered chicken bacon ranch melt online. It was soggy and sloppily made. No passion masking my sandwich. Was the employee angry... when my sandwich was made? I hate when they turn the bread sideways and throw all the ingredients in... I don?t eat my sandwichsideways, I eat it normally, upright. The cookies were nice and soft and seemingly fresh.
