I REGRETED coming to this place. I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Don't come here if you are hungry. You can... hear the staff blaming each other for failed orders. Placed order with Burger King app and picked up my food drive thru when I got home there was a fly in my fries. I went back to... see if I could get a refund and shift manager was rude and said that since it was a purchase thru the Burger King app that therewas nothing that could be done. Front counter was full of flies so no a surprise that my food had a dead fly. Very disappointedwith customer service and with how dirty that Burger King is. So, when I receive excellent service, I want to share my experience because I believe thatperson or business deserves recognition. Tonight, around 8pm on 11/20/2022, my children and I had the pleasure of being servedby your employee Alyssa. She has the most amazing attitude I have seen in a long time.
