The 5 stars is for an employee, not the restaurant itself. It is really hard to find good customer service these days,... especially in the fast food industry. So, when I receive excellent service, I want to share my experience because I believe thatperson or business deserves recognition. Tonight, around 8pm on 11/20/2022, my children and I had the pleasure of being servedby your employee Alyssa. She has the most amazing attitude I have seen in a long time. She was friendly, personable,professional, and all around amazing. We were so impressed that we went back around through the drive thru to ask for her name.She deserves to be recognized. She could really teach others what excellent customer service means. Read more

Never really eat BK....but they sold me with spicy chicken burger commercials. Pull up....they tell me they are out of... chicken....sheesh. won't be back Read more

The last three drive through order have been wrong . I order a double beef whopper with bacon and cheese no onions or ketchup.... Two of the order have been single beef and this last time had no bacon or cheese. Where is it have it your way. Read more

I REGRETED coming to this place. I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Don't come here if you are hungry. You can... hear the staff blaming each other for failed orders. They did not even apologize for being late. It's as if normal for them. Toobad it's the only burger king in the area. Read more

Placed order with Burger King app and picked up my food drive thru when I got home there was a fly in my fries. I went back to... see if I could get a refund and shift manager was rude and said that since it was a purchase thru the Burger King app that therewas nothing that could be done. Front counter was full of flies so no a surprise that my food had a dead fly. Very disappointedwith customer service and with how dirty that Burger King is. WORST service EVER!! My brother & I walked in after leaving the Tucson Airport. We stood there for 10 minutes and were NEVER... acknowledged. My brother asked ?Is anyone going to take our order?? and the employees ignored him. Apparently we were ghosts. Sowe took our business to Carl?s Jr. & where we were treated well by a friendly staff & it was a much cleaner establishment. Avoidthis place at all costs. They?re a a bunch a dirt bags! I understand businesses have their good days and bad days but today just happen to be one of those bad days. Between a spill on... the floor no one cared to clean and just put a sign on, to having absolutely nothing that did not have massive amounts of sugarin the drink machine (having a location in a retirement community none-the-less), to a spilled drink on a table no one wouldclean, it was a disaster inside Burger King. I was inside a total of 30 minutes and not once did I see a mop to come out to tryto clean the location with the spill. There were quite a few people of retirement age (as I said it was a retirement community)that could have been seriously hurt if they were to slip. Drinks were running extremely low with no sugar free options in theirstate of the art drink machine. Trash cans were starting to overflow and the sweet tea was in a "pitcher". This will be the lasttime I will be at this location unfortunately. Read more
