On 89 a little after 7 am I stopped to pick up lotto. I stood in line and waited my turn like everyone else. The clerk would... not sell me lotto. I have shopped here often and always get my lotto here . The lotto machine was not down the clerk justdidn't want to be bothered with it. My business will be taken elsewhere. Circle K is a convience store with gas pumps out front. The gas price sign out front flashes two prices, one for credit and a... lesser price for cash, but in order to get the cash price you have to sign up for one of their loyalty cards, which you have todisclose some financial information. This is one of the most poorly operated gas stations around. Every single time I come here, there's a problem. Last week, the... ONLY pumps working were diesel. Fortunately, that's what I needed. This week I tried to have the card reader accept my cardand it's blocked - there's something in the slot. Fortunately, it was a contactless card, so I used it in that way and after Iput in my PIN, it said "card not allowed". Really? So I went inside the store to find out why and the line was out the doorfor the ONE CASHIER in the store. What a joke. Awful management. I won't be back. Read more
What a mess! It?s sad to see this place so trashed! The fountain area and roller grill area need some serious attention. What?s... going on with management? You can?t expect for one employee on a shift to front face items & sweep, mop, etc. Manuel should beashamed! The rest of the staff are awesome! The vitamin fountain water is always mixed up. As a former gas station manager Iwould give that Manager one last chance to reset the store & apply maintenance on a full time basis. I?m hearing complaintseverywhere I go. My favorite part of this circle K is the people who work here, they treat you like family and somehow never lose sight of that... even when the other circle K opened. I still choose this circle k on my way home regardless of if it's crowded, I love it. Read more

Today was absolutely the last time I ever shopped at this location. They refused an exchange or refund on a defective product... that they are fully aware of. I opened and checked it right in front of their store approximately 2 minutes after leaving and Iwas told that because I didn't do it at the store they wouldn't accept it, by the way, they neglected to tell me that. Absolutely outrageous!!! The management is a a joke. Read more
