I came for dinner tonight through the drive-thru and they were slammed. But their customer service was above and beyond. They... were very kind and kept us updated at the window while we waited. When we got home, we realized our order was wrong and wecalled them to inform them and they made it right with such a positive attitude. It seems like they have such a good team rightnow, they are definitely worth the wait. Also, even the order that was wrong still looked good, just not something we could eatdue to our diet restrictions. Definitely my new favorite Eegee's, great job! ???? Update: The corrected order was PERFECT andmade exactly how we wanted it. ???? Read more

Been to the new location in Green Valley a couple of times now and I have to say it's definitely not worth the time nor the... money to go there. Ordered the Ranchhouse Salad with chicken. Not only was there no chicken, but there also wasn't any tomatoesor cucumbers. It was only salad and cheese. I'll go back to Subway at least it's cheaper and you see what you're getting. Read more

One of my least favorite locations which is sad because it's the closest to where I live. I'm used to being able to order my... beloved pizza fries and have been denied 3 times now. I read another review where the reply said it's a "Tucson" thing well I'lltake my business to Tucson then... residents of Sahuarita WERE residents of Tucson...please address this with management. I?ll continue to drive to the Tucson location. Gave this location three tries and each time my order has been completely wrong.... They read it back correctly each time but still, sandwiches were wrong, cookies and fries missing, paid for extra ranch butdidn?t receive even one. I love eegees but something about the teens we have working in this town ruin every fast food place wehave. Read more

We were pretty excited to have an eegee's close by. Probably will not being returning after my experience yesterday. I was in... the drive thru for thirty minutes, and the line was not long enough to warrant that. Very disorganized. They had to retake myorder at the window because they "lost it". The girl tried to short me one drink. Found out after I was on the road that theygave me a smaller size eegee than I paid for, and the wrong flavor all together. The kid's meal did not even have french frieswith it, which my son was pretty sad about, and which I also paid for. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I understandthat this location is new, and I typically do not leave bad reviews for fast food because it is just the nature of the business, but I think you need to make some adjustments to your staff. I realize at times are tough as far as hiring is concerned, butthere MUST be some brighter folks out there. Read more

Had a sandwich here yesterday. My first trip to EEGEE's. Ordering is a slow process. The person standing in the kitchen had... trouble hearing my order. The food was "just okay". French frys were not hot and crispy. Seating is limited and noisy. Thefrozen drinks (features) contain big lumps of ice. The sandwiches are unimaginative. This place might appeal to kids but won'tbe popular with adults. Read more

It's good to finally have an eegee's in sahuarita. That way you don't have to travel all the way to Tucson, one exception I... don't agree on, when my daughter went to place her order today 7/30 for my grandson of THERE favorite all-time famous chilicheese fries. It was mentioned by one of the servers that they are not serving the chili cheese fries BECAUSE it's a Tucsonthing? I don't agree with that BECAUSE any franchise that opens a new location is suppose to keep the same menu!! I SURE HOPEMANAGEMENT READS THIS BECAUSE THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Read more
