They are the best, most authentic Mexican food you can find around the area. Fried shrimp tacos so huge - just go get one,... you'll see!! The carnitas was so delicious. Went to an event that Fraustos street tacos parked their food truck. They were friendly, fast and delicious. Very difficult... deciding what to eat. The whole menu looks amazing. Got a simple quesadilla and shrimp tacos. Quesadilla was perfect, not toogreasy not too much cheese. Just right. Shrimp tacos were a great size (3) to an order, battered in a light breading and mixedwith cabbage, pickled onions and sauces on a choice of corn or flour tortillas. I can?t wait to try more. We had 3 different types of Tacos and the Sanoran Dogs, and all of it was incredible. There was such flavor. The salsa actually... has the heat I've been looking for. The fried shrimp was cooked perfectly in a light batter. We will definitely be repeatcustomers and highly recommend Frausto's. Enjoy! Read more
