Hit or miss here. Most times they mess up your order. Asked for a side of mac and cheese. They gave me a coleslaw. Just ended up... throwing it away. Waste of food. Order was correct on receipt. 09/24/2022 Ordered 2 #2's white meat and French fries. When I got home it was dark meat. The French fries were hard and tasted... like they had been cooked in old oil. Very unhappy with the entire meal. Franchise owner needs more training and supervisionfor employees. Very poor service and food quality! Read more
Went drive thru. Ordered chicken sandwich box, diet no ice. When arrived home it was 3 pieces of chicken Cole slaw, mashed... potatoes and gravy, half a biscuit. Diet with ice. Took the wrong order back. Told them it was wrong. Repeated what I hadordered (three times) before they got it right. Read more
What is so hard to understand about a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles? I don?t know, but Popeyes gets it correct every... time while KFC needs it repeated several times and still gets it wrong. Read more
I had the opportunity to visit our Green Valley KFC. The food and service absolutely fantastic. I think the gentleman who took... my order was Robert (not sure though). I'll admit I tend to be really picky when it comes food in general. This crew wasfantastic from the front of the house to the back they worked unison. Every single item was piping hot and fresh. I hadn'tservice like that (in this area) in a while if at all. I plan going back real soon. They have these secret recipe fries thatwere crispy and piping hot. Just like I like. Bought a big bucket with half tiny drumb sticks and wings. What's up with these tiny chicken ???? pieces. For the money you... spend you expect the bucket to be filled to the top but it isn't because the pieces are so small. The biscuits are bigger thanthe chicken pieces!!! Read more
