I love Papa Johns. I order for work all the time. But lately, someone had been screwing up my orders until I spoke to one the... ladies (I should've caught her name) after I put in my online order to confirm it. She was so helpful. Even the driver wasawesome! I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address which ended up at my work, which is a few minutes from where I live.He was such a gentleman about it. I will definitely still keep ordering from here. Glad I didn't give up on this branch. Myorder came in perfect. The pizza was delicious, just the way i asked for and even the wings. This pizza we got today was terrible. Hardly any meat of mushrooms on it. Ordered extra cheese but there was hardly any on it.... Won?t be getting pizza from there again??a waste of $30. Read more
Our club ordered 16 pizzas and asked for delivery at a specific time. Pizzas were delivered exactly on time and were fresh &... hot! They included plates, napkins, & plenty of packets of parmesan cheese. Everyone enjoyed the pizza. Thank you Papa John'sfor the great service! Read more
Today I have requested well done for the pizza, however, the pizza was way too soggy in the middle, and there was weird smell on... the grilled chicken. We had to throw it away. Update 4/2/2. Well I have been ordering pizza again for the last 4 weeks and a HUGE IMPROVEMENT!! The first three were... absolutely perfect, the right size, the right amount of ingredients and they were fresh. The one yesterday was good but notlike the other three which is acceptable, different people make a pie a tiny bit better than someone else that's why I don'tlike cookie cutter food. I think the pepperoni is from a different supplier as it's tasty is what I've come to expect fromPapa'John's. It's nice to know that the management/owner read reviews and take them to heart. I refused to take a free pie oranything else as t influence my reviews. I expressed my concerns and they have turned it around 100% I'll continue to supportthis location as they took notice from a loyal customer. Try my favorite, double pepperoni original crust! Thanks and bewell. 12/13/20 4:30pm Last night I stopped by to get my favorite double pepperoni regular crust large pizza. I didn't botherlooking at it before I left as I was very specific as to what I wanted which was a thinner crust around the outside edge of thepizza. It smelled great on the ride home and I was hungry! I opened the box up and I couldn't believe what kind of pizza theymade me. Not only is the outside edge of the crust huge, the amount of pepperoni is not even close to a double helping and theactual size of the pie was definitely not even close to a large like I've gotten dozens and dozens of times in the years I'vebeen a customer at this location. I realize with everything else that's going on in our lives this might be nitpicking but whenyou order and pay for it a pizza to be made to order that's not asking too much from any establishment that serves food. Well this weekend I again ordered my usual pizza, large double pepperoni regular crust. It was what I had come to expect from... Papa John's, a well made pie cooked just right. The staff was friendly and followed my order instructions perfectly. Compared tomy last visit which was less than I had come to expect from Papa John's this was almost perfect. The reason for only four starsis the small amount of cheese on my pie. It's hard to make a pie exactly the same every single time as the staff changes andeach of them build the pizza a little bit different than someone else. Papa John's is still my favorite place to go. I'm surethey will get better as the young staff gets more experienced and consistent making a pie that I have come to expect each time Iplace an order. There's a lot of new faces at this location and I'm sure they will get better with each pie they make. I willhopefully be able to give them five stars on my next visit as I have done so many times in the past. Most times they make thebest pizza in town which is why I keep coming back. So place your order from the internet, by phone or in person as I do. Thewait time is only a few minutes and this last visit they brought it out to me as I waited in my car.
