Every time I come here I feel so bad for the employees because they are literally working as hard as physically possible. And... yet with all of their hard work they are always backed up which leads to a poor client experience, and that has NOTHING to dowith the employees. I'm NOT just saying this as a random person. I've been coming to this restaurant at least once a week forthe last year, and I always dine in. Your training needs to be greatly improved with POS. I see the cashier's struggling whenthey need to do something unique. Like split a payment. This all falls down to management. The employees are giving iteverything they've got, but they struggles through the entire day, and I had to give them some voice on this matter. I love thefood, and the experience is always acceptable with patience. But the time it takes because of understaffing alone is ridiculous. Read more

Obviously understaffed and those working were under trained. But you could see one of the kitchen staff not doing anything. ... They did not have enough regular chicken to fill a 12 piece meal and didn't offer us a wait time. Just told us they hoped thespicy pieces were okay. The fries were cold when we got them! How is that possible? They gave some customers the wrong foodand took it back, even though it had been opened and handled, and delivered it out the window. Beyond disappointing. Read more

We really like Popeye?s. We got the two-piece combo meal and a small drink. The chicken was very crispy and done in the middle.... One persistent problem we?ve had is that we have NEVER, I repeat Never got exactly what we ordered. For example, yesterday mywife ordered ?spicy? while I ordered not spicy. The cooks are great cause the food tastes good but the the front facing staff are awful! Every time I go, they don't get my... order right and over charge me. If you do go to this place please make sure to look at everything because they don't care aboutservicing you, so you need to service yourself. Also maybe have the workers repeat the order like they should. I gave them manychances before this review but wow they need to shut this place down and re-train everyone. I get better service from McDonald'sand taco bell here in Green valley. Read more

Today, I placed my order on the App at 6:55. Checked in at 7:10 in drive through. Drive through person comes out at 7:36 to say... they ran out of one of my sides, offers replacements (none of which I liked). This was after several people that ordered afterme were served...(maybe they gave them my coleslaw!) So, was stuck with the sides they had. Food was finally ready at 7:45...50minutes after ordering and 35 minutes after checking in. To top it off, one of my sides was half eaten!
