Up until today I would give this restaurant 5 stars. My family and I brought my grandson for his 21st birthday and it happened... to be karaoke night. We were laughing heartily, enjoying great food and people... right up until the DJ played a song called "MyDog is a Democrat", sang by a group of elderly ladies. We were shocked, speechless that something this divisive (equal toracism) would be promoted by the proprietor or the DJ in a very public family-friendly hotel restaurant. It wasn't freedom ofspeech or a political statement. It was just indecent. I'm challenging decent humans and businesses to draw the line at thisbullying behavior where people (the mean girls in this case) bring others down in an attempt to feel superior. On our first visit to this restaurant, it was 30 minutes before closing. We specifically asked if it was too late and was told... it was not. There were only people at the bar drinking; we were the only ones eating. We ordered a hamburger and it took 45minutes. The waitress said the cook was cleaning the kitchen. The second time visiting this restaurant, I ordered a sandwichwith a grilled chicken. The chicken was precooked. I didn't expect to get a cold precooked chicken breast in my sandwich. Iexpected a freshly cooked chicken breast. The waitor admitted it was precooked. I won't go back, and I won't recommend thisrestaurant to anyone. Read more

I have tried calling between the spaces of 6 months to try and have carryout but it leads to the personal... voicemail of someone completely not restaurant related. * edit: read a response to my review from page owner a couple days agoand called again. We have been going here for many years. Great owners and staff and food. However, service isn't as good lately. The servers... seem very busy and hard working - but like many businesses these days, they seem to be short staffed both in front of house andback of house. Owner used to be here a lot, but I haven't seen him in at least a year. Maybe he needs to be in more and helpget and keep staff. But I still love it and go often. Nice atmosphere, when I arrived I stood at the door over 5 minutes before the waitress acknowledge I was standing there, then... she said "it will be a few minutes, im behind". She did not seat us, but allowed us to stand in the doorway another 10 minutes. I then saw another waitress and I asked her how much longer did I have to wait to be seated and she pointed to where I shouldsit. The second waitress who was thin in stature was much more friendlier than the first waitress, who didn't even offer aplace to sit. Read more

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! They have a great selection of beer! Their bar food was some of the best I've... tasted anywhere and not to mention their customer service was spectacular! Absolutely delicious. Have a broad menu with something for everyone. Tried several things across the menu and was never... disappointed. Especially the Easter dinner. Good menu for complimentary breakfast too but wish the waffle was included. It'ssuch a staple. Will be eating here again when I go back in June for sure! Read more

Got the sliders and my wife got the Rubin. Both were good and tasty. Got there just a bit before happy hour but got a HH draft... price which was also nice. Read more
