It?s a cool spot, convenient if you like Charley?s & reside in the greenbelt or college park area. 2.5 on the customer service... though which is surprising with the place opening not long ago but there?s room for improvement & training of staff. Ordered classic Philly and a side of cheese fries. The Philly was good no complaints only wish there was an option to add... peppers but I have my own at home so I was good. The fries could have been fried a little longer. They weren't crispy at all andyou need crispy fries if you're gonna cover them with cheese. Restaurant appeared to be pretty clean, didnt really look aroundand i didn't have to wait long to get my food. I'm pretty satisfied I'll return to this spot again. Read more

Walked in the place was dirty; tables and floors needed cleaning (wiped & swept), definite turn off. And it was NOT very busy.... The young lady at the counter, Lisa greeted us as we entered and she was very pleasant during the ordering process. The food wasok, wings where slightly under cooked (chewy) and the hand cut fries could have been cooked a little more for my liking. But Iwould give them another try. Read more

I ordered 2 cheese steaks, FF with bacon and wings during the grand opening day which was very crowded but food came out less... than 10 minutes. Food was delicious!!! One of the best charley in MD. Very frendly staffs. Highly recommended!!! Read more
