Drive through get very busy in morning and lunch rushes. Staff have been friendly and efficient. No issues here!
Drove up to this location 25 minutes before closing. Was told they had stopped serving food at the drive thru. As far as I'm... concerned, food is to be served until closing, my diabetic mother needed something to eat and she is also missing a gallbladderlike myself, and dunkin donuts has always been our go to when we are too busy with work to sit and get a proper meal. There wasnowhere around this facility that specified their food service was limited and closed by X time. This location has also treatedme disrespectfully in the past when I was down after my father passed away and I was craving some donuts to cheer me up. Thelady at the drive thru was very impatient and rude, scoffing and giving me an attitude because I hadn't made my choice after 1minute of telling her to give some time because I wasn't familiar with the menu. This place needs new management and shouldretrain the employees to provide better customer service. Maybe it was just that employee but I would be very concerned ifsomeone was working for me and caused customers to not come back. I only came back here because I gave it the benefit of thedoubt. After today, I will not be coming to this location. As far as I was concerned, when you're working somewhere thatprovides food, the food is served until the location closes and you begin to clean up AFTER closing hour. I don't recommend thisplace. I went through the Drive thru to buy breakfast for a family of 3. We ordered about 1 sandwich, 1 wrap, & 3 drinks. Once I... finished and was driving up to the window, I realized we forgot to buy a food item for the 3rd person so I asked the employee atthe window if they could add 1 more wrap since it?s the smallest & quickest item to make. They seemed to have an issue so theyasked the manager if they could add the item and the manager said no because the line was big already which was a falsestatement due to there only being 1 single car behind me. I get it?s just an item but it was the pettiness/laziness for me, notbeing able to add the one item to up their sales or just in general for good customer service. Read more
They say they close at 9pm. We went at 8:15pm and door was locked, open sign was off. We saw somebody in there while driving by... but no one came to unlock the door. Read more
