Food was good, however not only have the price increased, but the portions have been slashed. Chicken fingers the size of a... McDonald's chicken nugget,, c'mon,as if inflation isn't enough that we should get less at the same time. When I was young I used to go to Diary Queen pretty often. That changed a lot after I moved. I can't really remember what they... were like in the late 2000's, but revisiting them today was a pretty good experience. We don't stop in fast food restaurants often, but we sure are glad we did today! We arrived shortly after opening time and... enjoyed 3 hot, fresh meals for approx $25.The food was great (burger combo, crispy chicken sandwich combo and kids burgercombo), but where they really shined was customer service. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through for an order of chicken strips (kids order) eventually came in was sure I was forgotten... about. The girls inside just pretended I wasn?t there and they didn?t have my order so I showed receipt. They finally made myorder. Another 15 minutes and I got the wrong order. Something is wrong with these workers. There was only 1 other car in drivethrough and no one was inside. Read more
