Gave our food to wrong car! Then when our food was brought out missing onion rings and tots. Burger bag was extra greasy.

It's always been great until the last time I was there & I don't know who fixed my Double Bacon Cheeseburger but I didn't get... any bacon on it & only 1 burger on it, I called the manager & she told me that I could come back that night or wait until Iwanted to come back in & get another one.... Just got some popcorn chicken and this is what i received. Nice kids that work there but the food is inconsistent and the... quality isn?t great. We had an awful experience. We pulled up before closing, 15 min, and yes I know right before closing. I've worked many years in... the food industry and I do my best not to do this but you never know someone's circumstances... this happened to be one of thosetimes. Anyway, when we rang for service I saw someone walk to the back, away from the windows. No one answered, went to anotherpull up, rang the bell for service, no one answered. When we finally pulled off I saw a blond headed girl pop her head up andthen duck when she saw us. Absolutely horrible. I understand it's right before closing but you don't know the circumstances ofwhat people are dealing with and why the pull up when they do. Read more
