Updated review: People are nice. The experience is good. Unfortunately the quality needs a little improvements. Food items are... being to put together carelessly. We ordered mexican pizzas last night for the first time in what felt like years, through thedrive thru. We get home and sit down, open the boxes to find the pizzas were doused in sauce making the pizza soggy. Badexperience: What the heck is this???... its supposed to be a beefy 5 layer burrito. I really had high hopes for this taco bell.But i guess its just like the rest. Read more
It's your average Taco Bell. The problem is the parking lot. Whoever designed it should not be allowed to participate in... society. Don't pull in here with a big truck or trailer and expect to be able to get out easily. Read more
Wow! Was so happy to have a Taco Bell here in Greenbrier! By far the worst Taco Bell I?ve been too! This was our 3rd time going... thru! Last time my potato taco was Burt and hard.. this time we waited for fresh potatoes and got 3 potatoes in my rock hardtortilla that I couldn?t even eat! And whatever that breakfast burrito my husband got was just tortillas with nothing in it!Absolutely awful. Read more
I understand this is a new location but I've been through the drive thru 4 times now since it opened and have had absolutely... terrible quality food. Today, the spicy potato taco has rock hard overly burnt potatoes with a hard "old" feeling tortilla.Quesadillas are a folded tortilla with barely any cheese. I'm blown away at how poor the food is and how bare minimum customerservice is given in the drive thru. So sad, hope it gets better soon. I'll be going to other locations when I have a taco bellcraving. Read more
It's what you'd expect of a Taco Bell, you might get your order right, then again you might not. It's a 50/50 chance,. For... example, in the drive-thru, I ordered two beefy five layer burritos with no sour cream, and two cheesy gordita crutches. Theyread it back to me, and it showed correct on the screen. Instead of receiving what I ordered, I received two quesadillas, andtwo soft tacos. So I drove back around and told them their mistake. They argued with me about it at first, and they onlyrelented once I showed them the receipt and the items they had given me together. I?m soooo happy to finally get a Taco Bell in this town! And so is everyone else it seems. The employees are so nice, and the... food has been great! Taco Bell is my favorite as it is the only fast food restaurant with vegetarian options in my area. <3 Read more
I understand that they are new and that a lot of people are excited about Is Taco Bell finally being in Greenbrier. These lines... are absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn't take almost an hour to go through a drive-through. And it's like this almost every timewe go. They either need to hire more people or get a little bit better system going because this is a little bit insane. Iunderstand dinner rush and lunch rush but it should never take almost an hour to go through a drive-through. Read more
